Jean Grey/Phoenix WIP screenshot, and Mortal Engines

Hello, I am still alive. Here's a 3D model I've been doing recently, Jean Grey/Dark Phoenix from X-Men:

I have little experience with hair, so yeah.... it's gonna take some time for me make her hair not to look like bits of folded paper.

I finished reading Mortal Engines awhile ago and it was a very good book. The only downside I can think of is the middle part - that bit just slowed down the entire story for me and it seemed like it was dragging on forever. But then a few chapters later the story picked up again (thank Heavens) and overall, I really enjoyed reading it. I'd talk more about it but I don't want to give away any spoilers, but I just want to add that I am looking forward to reading the sequels.

Fixed the face a lot, and the whole model's finished...... sort of. I feel like there is still more to fix...... but I'm quite looking forward to unwrapping and texturing her.

Not entirely finished yet, I still need to do more of his clothes folds, fix his hair and work out how to make his knives look like shiny metal............

So, I recently read the V for Vendetta book and watched the movie... and got a little bit obsessed...

Screenshots of it so far. Still got several parts to fix (especially the area around his chin, man what a mess that is!), and I'm looking forward to texturing it!
